When will you ship my order?


We will ship your order the same business day if you placed your order by 2:00 Pacific Standard Time. Orders processed after 2:00pm will be shipped the next business day.

When do you ship orders?


We ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and major holidays.

We ship from California, USA.

What shipping carriers do you use?


We use USPS and UPS as we feel that they are the most cost effective and reliable shipping carriers for our customers.

Do you offer free shipping?


Yes. We offer free shipping to the United States on all orders $10 or more.

What shipping options do you offer?


We offer several different shipping options for you to receive your order. We have a basic flat rate 3-5 day shipping option available as well as next day overnight shipping through UPS if you need your order super quick.

Shipping prices vary depending on your location. You will be able to view pricing and all shipping options available to you during the checkout process.

United States Orders:

Where do you ship to?


Our shipping providers ship globally including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please take special note that APO, FPO, and DPO services may take longer than expected up to 45 days. We recommend using a land and/or civilian address whenever possible when ordering from us.

My order is late or lost. What now?


If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier that you chose just in case they are holding the package for you. This is often the case.

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than expected or you feel that your order is lost, please contact us. When contacting us, make sure to include your order number, tracking number, and correct delivery address so that we can further assist you.

My tracking number doesn't work.


Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking system to update as USPS and UPS tracking systems are often slow to process new shipments and update the status.

If tracking information is not available after 5 business days, please contact us. When contacting us, make sure to include your order number, tracking number, and correct delivery address so that we can further assist you.

I provided the wrong address. What do I do?


Mistakes happen and we understand that. Please contact us ASAP so that we can correct the address for you before your order ships out. When contacting us, make sure to include your order number, tracking number, and correct delivery address so that we can further assist you.

What about Customs?


Customs vary from country to country. Please allow extra time for your order to get through Customs and delivered to you. Emoji Stickers is not liable for extra time the package takes to get delivered, fees/taxes/duties, or any confiscated packages.

It is highly recommended that you look into the laws of the receiving country.

Can I send a gift to someone?


Yes. Just make sure that the billing address is your billing address and choose a different delivery address when checking out.
